Monday(4/4) 4:00 pm 6-10 miles

Tuesday(4/5) 7:00 am 6-8 miles
4:30 pm 5-7 miles w/ strength training

Wednesday(4/6) 4:00 pm 8-10 miles

Thursday(4/7) 7:00 am 6-8 miles
4:30 pm 5-7 miles w/ strength training

Friday(4/8) 6:45 am 8-10 miles @ Phelps Grove

Saturday(4/9) Off

Sunday(4/10) 7:30 am 10-16 miles @ Frisco Trail (Bullseye)
