Tues(3/13) 4:00 pm Time Trial

Wed(3/14) off

Thurs(3/15) 4:00 pm 400’s

Fri(3/16) 6:30 am 7-9 miles w strength training

Sat(3/17) off/Spring Break

Sun(3/18) 11-13 miles

Mon(3/19) 7-9 miles w strength training

Tues(3/20) 8-10 mile w/ fartlek(3:00 on/off)

Wed(3/21) 7-9 miles w/ strength training

Thurs(3/22) 9-11 miles

Fri(3/23) 6-8 miles w/ strength training

Sat(3/24) 9:00 am Leave Drury for 2007 Tulsa Duels
