M 6:00 am: 11-13 miles

Tu 6:30 am: 6-8 miles

Tu 3:15 pm: 3 miles w/ strength training

W 6:15 am: 7-9 miles(run to Phelps Grove)

Th 6:30 am: 6-8 miles

Th 3:15 pm: 3 miles w/ strength training

F 7:00 am: 4-5 miles

F 2:00 pm: Leave Drury for St. Louis
6:00 pm: Dinner at Andy’s
Lodging at Drury Inn(Downtown)

Sa 8:00 am: Border Wars/SIUE
Women’s 5k 10:00 am/Men’s 8k 10:45 am
