Tu 3:15 pm: strides & strength training

W 6:30 am: 7-9 miles

Th 7:15 am: 6-8 miles(meet at Lake Springfield)

F am: OYO/4-5 miles

Sa am: OYO/11-13 miles

Su(10/15) am: off

M 6:30 am: 8-10 miles(run to Silver Springs)

Tu 3:15 pm: 5-6 miles w/ strength training

W 6:15 am: 8-10 miles

Th 3:15 pm: 5-7 miles

F 10:00 am: Leave Drury/4-5 miles @ SIUE
