Training through all the snow and cold will be tough, but hopefully things will clear up by mid-week. Find a sandy beach (or snowy track) and run 6-8 strides (200m @ 3K race pace)
once during the week. Still plan to push the pace for 20:00 at the end of one of the longer training runs.
