4:30 pm 3-4 miles w/ strength training

Wednesday(10/20) 7:00 am or 4 pm 8-10 miles

Thursday(10/21) 7:00 am 6-8 miles @ Phelps Grove

Friday(10/22) OYO/7-9 miles

Saturday(10/23) OYO/10-16 miles

Sunday(10/24) OYO/7-9 miles

Monday(10/25) 6:45 am 8-10 miles
