M 6:00 am: 11-13 miles

Tu 6:30 am: 6-8 miles

Tu 3:15 pm: 4 miles w/ strength training

W 6:15 am: 8-10 miles

Th 6:30 am: 6-8 miles

Th 3:15 pm: 4 miles w/ strength training

F 6:15 am: 8-10 miles

Sat off

Sun 7:00 am: 12-14 miles(Bread Co./Elm & Nat.)
