Sept. 13 (Sun) 7:00 am 10-14 miles @ Bread Co (East Sunshine)

Sept. 14 (Mon) 6:30 am 6-8 miles

Sept. 15 (Tues) 4:15 pm 6-8 miles w/ strength training

Sept. 16 (Wed) 6:30 am 8-10 miles

Sept. 17 (Thur) 4:15 pm 6-8 miles w/ strength training

Sept. 18 (Fri) 6:45 am 6-8 miles

Sept. 19 (Sat)Leave 6:00 am for MSSU Southern Stampede
      8:30 am Women's 5K
      9:45 am Men's 8K

Sept. 20 (Sun) Off
