Track Pre-Season Training: Week of Jan. 18

Practice starts Thursday Jan. 22 at 4:30 pm at the Fitness Center. See you then.

Pre-season Training: Week of Jan. 18:

Sun(1/18) Long run of 10-13 miles(1&1/2 hour)

Mon(1/19) 7-9 miles(1 hour)

Tue(1/20) 6-8 miles w/ smooth strides(6x80m) & strength training

Wed(1/21) 7-9 miles w hill repeats(6x200m hill @ 3k pace))

Thu(1/22) 4:30 pm 7-9 miles(1 hour) & strength training

Fri(1/23) 6:30 am 6-8 miles w/ hill repeats

Sat(1/24) off

Sun(1/25) 7:00 am 10-14 miles @ Bread Company(E. Sunshine)
