4:30 pm 4 miles w/ strength training

Wed(10/15) 6:15 am 10-12 miles(Phelps Grove)

Thur(10/16) 6:30 am 6-8 miles
4:30 pm 4 miles w/ strength training

Fri(10/17) 6:15 am 10-12 miles(Silver Springs)

Sat(10/18) Off

Sun(10/19) Men: 7:00 am 12-16 miles @ Bread Co.(Elm & Nat.)
Women: 7:15 am @ Mt. Pisgah Church

Mon(10/20) 6:30 am 8-10 miles

Tues(10/21) Men: 6:15 am 10-12 miles & 5:00 pm strength training
Women: 4:30 pm 6-8 miles w/ strength training

Wed(10/22) 6:45 am 6-8 miles or 7:30 am Pool

Thur(10/23) OYO/4-6 miles

Fri(10/24) 1:00 pm Leave Drury for Rolla(Hampton Inn)

Sat(10/25) GLVC Conference XC Meet @ Missouri S&T
10:30 am Men's 8K
11:30 am Women's 6K
